Hey There

Since 1954, Avon Lake Presbyterian Church has been a welcoming community church that offers weekly worship. Our church is a place where congregants can come together and worship as part of a strong, loving community. We warmly welcome visitors and are always happy to see you. Come and see what we're all about!

About Our Worship

Join us every Sunday at 10 AM for worship that feels like home. Our services are relaxed and welcoming—come as you are and bring your coffee, your questions, and your whole self. You’ll find a friendly, come-as-you-are atmosphere where everyone is invited to participate and feel included.

We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of every month, offering grape juice (no wine) and gluten-free bread so that everyone can take part comfortably. Biweekly Children’s Sermons help our youngest worshippers feel involved, and Sunday School offers light lessons with crafts and activities that make faith fun and approachable. The third Sunday of each month is Giving Sunday, when we focus on generosity and supporting our neighbors in need.

Throughout the year, we also hold special services during the holiday seasons, including Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunrise, and Christmas Eve.

Parking is available behind the church, and our main entrance is easily accessible from the parking lot. Can’t make it in person? You can always join us online; stream our services live on Facebook or watch later on YouTube whenever it fits your schedule.
